Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to visit Septem Capital, a brokerage firm. Publicly available information indicates its office address is: 123022, G. Moskva, Stolyarnyi Street, D. 3, Korep. 14, T. 3, M. I, C. Korem. No. 37 (3 Stolyariny Lane, 3, Building 14, 3rd Floor, Unit I, Room 37, Moscow, 123022).

Based on this address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Septem Capital.

The inspection team traveled to Stolyariny Lane in Moscow and arrived at the building located there. This area is located in the Moscow suburbs, with ordinary corporate campuses and streetscapes, and a relatively quiet business atmosphere. From the building's exterior, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building and found no logo of Septem Capital.

The surveyors successfully entered the building's lobby, but upon examining the lobby sign, they could not find the Septem Capital company name, nor was the company logo visible anywhere inside or outside the building.

Because the sign contained no relevant information, the surveyors were unable to determine the specific floor and confirm the company's location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the company, nor could they photograph the reception desk or its logo. Without access, they had no idea of the company's internal office environment. Whether the location was a shared office was unclear, further confirming that Septem Capital did not actually operate there.

Thus, the survey confirmed that Septem Capital did not have a physical business location.
