Reasons for Field Survey

The Turkish foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that has developed in recent years and plays an important role in regional economic exchanges. With the increasing activity of foreign exchange trading, there are numerous traders in the market. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the foreign exchange traders in the region, the on-site investigation team went to Turkey for a field visit.

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team, as planned, visited the foreign exchange broker Standart in Turkey. According to publicly available information, their office address is "YENİBOSNA MERKEZ MAH. LADİN SK. KUYUMCUKENT APT. 4/1194 BAHÇELİEVLER/ İSTANBUL".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Turkey. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Standart.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer claimed to be located at 'YENİBOSNA MERKEZ MAH. LADİN SK. KUYUMCUKENT APT. 4/1194 BAHÇELİEVLER/ İSTANBUL' Standart.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at the target building. The surrounding environment of the location does not have an atmosphere related to the Standart company, and no company logos or relevant information were found. The building is located in a specific area of the locality, but the entire area does not reflect the commercial signs that the company should have.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. However, the company's nameplate was not found inside the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the field investigator found that the office area of Standart had no obvious signage and no security measures. Due to the lack of any guidance about the company, the field investigator could not enter the interior, nor could they take photos of the reception area and the logo at the reception. Additionally, the office area was not a shared office space.

Due to the inability to enter the interior, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company. Upon arrival, no information about the company was seen, leading to the judgment that it is fake, and the overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Standart does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The on-site investigator went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker Standart. At the publicly displayed business address, the investigator was unable to see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
