Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as planned, visited the broker Volmax in Hong Kong, whose office address is publicly displayed as Le Ji Commercial Center, 165-171 Wan Chai Road, Hong Kong. 

With the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, this professional and experienced survey team went to Hong Kong following a meticulously crafted plan. A field verification was conducted for the broker Volmax based on the provided address information.

Surveyors, utilizing the address information, visited Wan Chai, Hong Kong, to conduct a field verification on the broker Volmax, which claims to be located at Le Ji Commercial Center, 165-171 Wan Chai Road, Hong Kong.

Surveyors arrived smoothly at the stated Le Ji Commercial Center. The building is near Wan Chai, flooded with foot traffic and has a strong commercial atmosphere but the environment of the company campus and surrounding streets is average. Surveyors took a successful panoramic view of the building, but they found no signs related to Volmax.

Surveyors entered the building lobby smoothly. Inside the lobby, they carefully checked the directory but it did not display the company name Volmax and no logo of Volmax was found either inside or outside the building.

Since the address did not have a specific door number, surveyors inquired about the situation from the security personnel during their exploration, who informed that the 15th floor was vacated and had been vacant for a long time. Even though surveyors reached the floor, they couldn't confirm the specific location of Volmax and found no information related to Volmax. Due to the absence of any trace of the broker, surveyors could not enter the supposed Volmax interior. From the overall building situation, it was not a shared office, and there was no visible signage with Volmax from outside or any other observable perspective.

Therefore, after the survey, it was confirmed that the broker Volmax doesn't exist at the mentioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Volmax as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
