Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the address for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, accurately arrived at Sathorn City Tower on South Sathorn Road and began on-site inspection based on the publicly listed address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target building and captured a complete panoramic view from the exterior. This building is a super-luxury office building in Bangkok, located in the heart of Sathorn, the city's most prosperous area. The company campus and street environment are bustling and brimming with high-end business atmosphere.

The inspection team then had no difficulty entering the company lobby, which was decorated with high-quality interiors. After entering, the surveyors, through effective communication, successfully obtained permission to go upstairs. Taking the elevator to floor 3/1, they discovered the ASIA PLUS reception desk, which was directly visible upon exiting the elevator. The reception area was large and luxuriously decorated, and the surveyors successfully captured a photo of the reception desk and its logo. The company's internal office environment was clearly well-organized, with high-end facilities, creating an overall bustling atmosphere. They also confirmed that the office area was exclusively used by ASIA PLUS and not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of a shared office. Combined with the ability to capture photos of the reception desk and observe the interior, this provided sufficient confirmation of the authenticity and standardization of the office space.

Thus, the survey confirmed the presence of the broker ASIA PLUS at the aforementioned address.
