Process

This field investigation team plans to visit the forex broker Trust Capital in the UAE as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Al Fattan Currency House, Tower 2, Level 15, Office 1502 A, P. O. Box 482087, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted a field verification of the broker claiming to be located at the above address Trust Capital.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at the target building, which is a landmark building in Dubai and a super-luxury office building. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere and a bustling environment.

No company logo or related information was found outside the building. After entering the building, they photographed the directory board, but the information of Trust Capital company was not found on the directory board.

The inspection personnel entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, although they were allowed to enter the lobby, due to the company's strict security and no prior appointment, the inspection personnel were not granted permission to go upstairs and could not reach the target floor 15, thus unable to confirm the specific office location of Trust Capital. Since they could not enter the interior, they could not photograph the front desk and its logo. This office is not a shared office.

Through the lobby, the internal environment of the company could not be observed, and overall, it was impossible to know whether the environment matches its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Trust Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
