The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Collyer Quay Centre, which is located in a bustling area of Singapore with a clean surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of Lim & Tan was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, permission to enter the building was granted.

However, no information related to Lim & Tan was found on the directory board inside the building. Overall, the on-site inspection experience was limited to arriving at the building, where the company's information was not found on the directory board, and access to the corresponding floor was also unavailable.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Lim & Tan does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
