Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted the brokerage firm Pi Securities, whose publicly registered office address is 58 BIZZO Bldg. Level 2, Room B201-B202 Soi Bangna-Trad 23, Bangna, Bangna, Bangkok 10260. The inspection team rigorously located and verified the address.

Upon arrival, the inspection team first confirmed the correct address information. Located in a suburban Bangkok area, the building is part of a small plaza complex with a generally simple streetscape. The inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building, which has a simple exterior, consistent with its intended role as an office space for small and medium-sized businesses in the suburbs.

The inspection team also observed a sign on the exterior clearly indicating Pi Securities' company name and the corresponding floor (2nd floor), directly confirming the company's exclusive connection to the building.

The inspection team subsequently reached the second floor and accurately confirmed the specific office location of Rooms B201-B202. Although they were unable to enter the office, they captured photos of the company's reception desk and the Pi Securities logo at the entrance, which matched the company name. Based on on-site observations, the office space was exclusively used by Pi Securities and not a shared office. Judging from the external facilities and reception desk configuration, it possessed basic office operating conditions.

Thus, the inspection confirmed the existence of Pi Securities at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Pi Securities as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
