The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Questh X claimed to be located at EMecidiyeköy Yolu Caddesi 12 34381 İstanbul/Sisli, floor 18, Trump Shopping Mall.

The field investigator successfully arrived at Trump Alışveriş Merkezi, which is located in the Sisli District of Istanbul, Turkey. The surrounding environment made it difficult to effectively assess the situation as the dealer's office does not exist. On the exterior of the building, no signs or relevant information of the company were found.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Although able to enter the building lobby, upon arriving at the target floor, the 18th floor, the investigators found no obvious signage for the office area of Questh X. After inquiring at the building's front desk, they were informed that there was no such company. Since the company itself does not exist here, the investigators could not enter the interior. The investigators were unable to take photos of the front desk and its logo, and the office space was not a shared office.

Due to the inability to enter the interior, it is impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities of the company. Overall, the actual situation of this broker does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Questh X does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At the publicly displayed business address, the investigator could not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
