Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team conducted a planned on-site visit to the forex broker Yapi Kredi in Turkey. Publicly available information lists its office address as Levent Mah. Cömert Sk. No. 1A A Blok D: 21-22-23-24-25-27 Beşiktaş 34330 İSTANBUL.

Upholding the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site visit to Yapi Kredi, based on the established plan and the publicly available address, with the goal of revealing the broker's true operations.

The field research team traveled to the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul, Turkey, and conducted an on-site verification of Yapi Kredi, which claimed to be located at Levent Mah. Cömert Sk. No. 1A A Blok D: 21-22-23-24-25-27 Beşiktaş 34330 İSTANBUL. Upon arrival at the address, the surveyors confirmed that the brokerage company has its own dedicated corporate campus, comprised of multiple buildings. The surrounding streets are bustling with activity and a vibrant financial and commercial atmosphere, allowing them to capture panoramic photos of the campus and office buildings. The Yapi Kredi logo is clearly visible on the building's exterior, making the brand highly recognizable.

After entering the office building lobby, the surveyors prominently located a company sign with Yapi Kredi and corresponding to Rooms 21-22-23-24-25-27, Building A. This information matched the publicly available address. After explaining their purpose to the lobby staff, the surveyors, while complying with park regulations, were granted access. They were allowed to observe and photograph the lobby area and take the elevator to their target floor, accurately confirming the company's office location in Rooms 21-22-23-24-25-27. 

Upon entering the company, we discovered that the office space was dedicated to Yapi Kredi, not a shared office. The inspection team successfully photographed the reception desk, which bore the company logo. On-site observation revealed a bustling office environment with complete facilities and a well-organized layout. Visual inspection revealed four main office rooms with approximately 10 workstations. The building also maintained strict security measures, with standardized personnel and access controls, fully reflecting the operational attributes of a formal financial institution. Based on the actual scene and conversations with staff, we confirmed that Yapi Kredi existed and was operating normally.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Yapi Kredi existed at the aforementioned address and had a physical office space.

The surveyors visited Yapi Kredi as planned and observed the broker's company name displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
