Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Federation-East tower area in Moscow's central business district (CBD) to conduct an on-site verification of the broker's stated address: Moscow, Tower Federation-East, Floor 12, Office 110.

The field research team successfully arrived at the building, located in the heart of Moscow's CBD, with a pleasant environment surrounding corporate parks and streets, and a strong business atmosphere. The field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The field research team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was clean and tidy. Inside, the field research team carefully examined the floor signage and found no mention of RBC FOREX. Afterward, the inspection team explained their purpose to the front desk staff and inquired about the company. They were told that RBC FOREX did not exist in the building.

No RBC FOREX logo appeared on the exterior or interior of the building. Since the company's existence was confirmed, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific 12th floor or Office 110, enter the alleged company, or take photos of the reception desk or related logos. The company's internal office environment did not actually exist.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that RBC FOREX did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address did not match the one on the inspection form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the RBC Forex as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
