It is expected by many investors for exposure of more Japanese licensed brokers whose real address isn’t the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong demand, the surveyor was about to pay a visit to Global Link Advisers.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 8-1, Kamiyama-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka. The surveyor visited the broker.

The surveyor made much effort to find an alley according to the regulation information and saw not any office buildings but small stores along the alley. In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor keyed in the broker’s name into Google and found nothing.

The surveyor then keyed in its regulation address into Google and found a store whose door was closed according to the search result.

The surveyor was informed from the signage outside the building that here was the location of a real estate store and there existed no companies.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was not the same with its regulation address.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
