Process

In this on-site verification, the team visited the forex broker Face Capital in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is "RM 1302 13/F CHEONG K BUILDING 84 - 86 DES VOEUX ROAD CENTRAL HONGKONG".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker Face Capital claiming to be located at "RM 1302 13/F CHEONG K BUILDING 84 - 86 DES VOEUX ROAD CENTRAL HONGKONG".

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, located at 84 - 86 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for Face Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. The directory board inside the building showed information for other companies at this address.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 13th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for Face Capital's office area, nor any related security measures. As no information about the company was found within the building, the inspectors were unable to enter the so-called company premises. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area or its logo, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas on the floor, and due to the inability to enter, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Upon arrival, it was confirmed to be the correct address, but no information about this broker was found. Inquiry with security personnel indicated there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it is false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Face Capital does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned. They were unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
