The investigation staff arrived at Kosta Hadjikakou street, and found a road sign, hanging on the trunk.

Office

According to the regulatory information, the Cyprus licensed company of 33option was located at 81,  Kosta Hadjikakou, Kyriakos Tower, 1st Floor, Agios Athanasios, CY-4107 Limassol. The investigation team paid a site visit to the office.

The investigation staff walked from one side of Kosta Hadjikakou Street to the other side of the street and found all the buildings on the street were residential buildings with no office building at all. The investigation staff repeatedly checked the map and confirmed that 33option’s office Is on the street.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the investigation result, the investigation staff once again walked from one side of the street to the other side of the street. After asking the passers-by, the investigation staff learned that on the street, all the buildings with No.1 on the doorplates were residential buildings.

Conclusion

The site investigation by the investigation staff confirmed that the actual address of 33option was inconsistent with the regulatory address. It is informed that the dealer holds a STP license issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
