This time, the verification team plans to visit the forex broker INDEX SECURITIES in the UAE as scheduled, according to public information, its office address is Level 22, Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, Downtown Duai, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

With a sense of mission to act as a strict gatekeeper for investors, the professional and experienced site inspection team traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a meticulously devised plan. There, they conducted an on-site inspection of the broker INDEX SECURITIES, which claims to be located at Level 22, Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, Downtown Duai, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.

The inspectors arrived smoothly at Boulevard Plaza Tower 2. The building is a landmark in downtown Dubai, right next to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and is connected to a metro station. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The building is very lavishly decorated. The inspectors photographed the building's directory, but no information related to INDEX SECURITIES was found on it.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, were granted access. However, because they were unable to confirm the company's specific location, the inspectors could not reach the target floor, the 22nd floor.

Because they could not reach the target floor, the inspectors could not confirm whether INDEX SECURITIES's office area had clear signage or security measures, nor could they enter the company's interior or photograph the front desk and its LOGO. The office was also not a shared office.

From the building lobby, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, staff activities, and other conditions. Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker INDEX SECURITIES does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field investigation team visited the forex dealer INDEX SECURITIES in the UAE as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the dealer's company name or other information, indicating that the dealer does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make a decision after comprehensive consideration.
