The team entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a simple registration, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, the 43rd floor, the team found that the office area of Sunward had clear signage. Since they did not have an appointment, the team was unable to enter the interior, but they were able to take photos of the front desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, the team observed that the company's interior environment was bustling and the overall decoration was luxurious, consistent with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Sunward exists at the above address.
