The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Pacific Index in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Lot 2(A) Level 4 Wisma Lazenda, Jalan Kemajuan, Labuan 87000, Malaysia.

The inspector successfully arrived at the target building. The location is not in a traditional office area, with relatively ordinary surroundings and average commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the first floor of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. However, since there was no signage or related information about the company in the building, permission to enter was not granted.

Since access to the building was not possible, it was impossible to reach the target floor or determine whether Pacific Index's office area had clear signage or security measures. Due to the inability to enter, photos of the reception desk and its logo could not be taken, nor was it confirmed to be a shared office space.

Through the building's main entrance, the internal environment of the company cannot be observed. Overall, the situation here does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that dealer Pacific Index does not exist at the above address.
