Field Survey Process

The field survey team for this period went to Hong Kong as planned to visit the broker Innovax on the spot. According to public information, its office address is Units A-C, 20th Floor, Cheung Fung Commercial Building, 128 Connaught Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The surveyors went to the Wan Chai region of Hong Kong and arrived at Cheung Fung Building. The area where the building is located has a high flow of people, many companies are stationed, the company's park and street environment are ordinary, and the business atmosphere is very strong. Outside the building, the surveyors can clearly take a panoramic view of the building.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, and the lobby environment conforms to the characteristics of commercial office buildings. When checking the water sign in the lobby, they can find the company name of Innovax, which clarifies the location of Units A-C on the 20th floor.

The surveyors went to the 20th floor and accurately confirmed the specific location of Units A-C after arrival, and could see the existence of the broker. The company's logo was not found inside the building, but they could take pictures of the front desk and its LOGO from outside. However, the surveyors were not able to enter the company, and saw that the internal office environment was average. After confirmation, the place is not a shared office, which fully proves the broker's real existence and normal business state here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Innovax truly exists at the above address.
