Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet their demand, the investigation team went to visit FFS Group to obtain more information.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of FFS Group in Australia is 08 Tower 1' Level 23 Suite 23, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The survey personnel successfully found this landmark building, which is right next to Darling Harbour. Lots of world-renowned financial institutions worked in the building.

Then the surveyor entered the building and checked the floor guide in the lobby. There was no information about FFS Group on it.

According to the previous experiences, no information on the floor guide did not mean the broker did not work here. So the personnel took the elevator to the 23th floor. After walking around, they did not find FFS Group’s office or its logo, but found the office of IFS Markets.

Inspection Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of FFS Group in Australia was different from its regulation address. FFS Group’s MM license (regulatory No: 323193) issued by ASIC was suspected to be a cloned one and its financial service license (regulatory No: 530907) issued by FSPR and retail forex license(regulatory No: 14838) issued by VFSC had already been revoked.
