Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hopes for the inspection team exposing more brokers whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a direct look at ACAFX.

Company Building

ACAFX’s office address in the regulatory information is Level 39, 55 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000. The inspection personnel carried out a field survey.

Based on the regulatory information, the survey personnel successfully found this very modern office building. They entered the lobby and found that the interior of the building was spacious and bright. The personnel checked the floor guide, but didn’t find any information about ACAFX.

To ensure inspection quality, the inspection personnel took the elevator to Level 39, but didn’t find any logo or office of the broker ACAFX after a whole search of the floor. The inspection personnel noticed there were many colorful decorative paintings on the walls of the corridor. 

Conclusion

The inspection team’s field inspection confirms the actual address of the licensed broker ACAFX in Australia doesn’t match the address indicated in the regulatory information. The broker’s investment consulting license (RN 480585) issued by ASIC is suspected of being cloned.
