Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site visit to Finans, a brokerage firm. Publicly available information lists its office address as Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya, 12, Moscow, Rusya, 123610.

Based on this address, the professional field research team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Finans.

The field research team traveled to the Krasnopresnenskaya embankment in Moscow and arrived at the building where the address is located. The surrounding business atmosphere was relatively ordinary. From the building's exterior, the field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building and found no Finans signage.

The field research team successfully entered the building lobby, but upon examining the lobby sign, they could not find the Finans company name, nor was the company logo visible inside or outside the building.

Because the signage lacked relevant information, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the company, nor were they able to take photos of the reception desk or its logo. Without access, they had no idea of the company's internal office environment. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that Finans did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm, Finans, did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Finans as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
