On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Seychelles to visit forex broker GULF BROKERS as planned according to its regulatory address that Office 2, Suite C, Orion Mall, Palm Street, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.

On November 20, 2023, the investigators came to Orion Mall, an old-fashioned commercial building, at Palm Street in Victoria, the capital city of Seychelles, in the country‘s largest island Mahé for a visit to the broker’s office. There was no any outdoor directory around the building with a mottled façade.

On the heels of access to the spacious building without security for further investigation, the survey personnel managed to locate GULF BROKERS office in Suite C on the 2nd floor, hearing their staff talking in the room.

Based on the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the company has a physical presence at the place.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Seychelles to visit forex broker GULF BROKERS as scheduled, and found the name of the company at its regulatory address. This suggests that the broker has a physical business office at the location. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make an informed decision following an overall consideration.
