Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team visited VX Capital Limited as planned. Its publicly listed office address is: Akros Residence, 3rd Floor, No. 20, Barbaros Hayrettin Pasa Mahal, Sok 1995, Akros Residence, Kat 3, Daire 20, Esenyurt/Istanbul, Turkey.

The inspection team traveled to the aforementioned address, verified the address, and photographed a panoramic view of the Akros Residence building. However, upon on-site observation, no signage related to the VX Capital Limited corporate campus was found. The “”corporate campus and street environment“” were deemed “”non-existent“” due to the lack of corresponding office space.

The inspection team attempted to enter the building lobby but was denied access. Through external communication and inquiries with relevant personnel, they learned that there was no company signage in the lobby. Further verification with the front desk staff clarified that “”VX Capital Limited's presence has not been registered.“”

Due to a lack of access to the building, the surveyors were unable to reach Room 20 on the 3rd floor, confirm the specific office location, or take a photo of the reception desk with the official logo. The “”No Entry“” label for the “”Company Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the lack of actual office space. Information such as the shared office's attributes, number of rooms, and number of workstations could not be verified.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the broker, VX Capital Limited, does not exist at the stated address and does not match the address information provided on the survey form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the VX Capital Limited as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
