Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit the brokerage firm Bright Asset. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 3rd Floor, Ru Graphie Building, 5-22-2 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Based on this address, the professional field inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Bright Asset.

The field inspection team traveled to the Shinbashi area of Minato-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the Ru Graphie Building. The building's corporate campus and streetscape are average, and from the outside, it resembles a small residential building. From the exterior, the field inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The field inspection team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was relatively ordinary, consistent with the characteristics of a small building. Upon checking the lobby sign, they could see the company name of Bright Asset, confirming its location on 3rd Floor.

The field inspection team proceeded to 3rd Floor, successfully reaching the specific floor and confirming its location. However, the company's entrance was locked with a combination lock, preventing the inspection team from gaining entry and, therefore, unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, fully proving the company's presence there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed the existence of the broker Bright Asset at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited Bright Asset accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business.
