Reasons for Field Survey

In recent years, with the increasing openness of the economy and the growing investment demand of residents, the attention to foreign exchange transactions in Vietnam's foreign exchange market has gradually increased, and the retail foreign exchange market has shown certain development potential. To help investors comprehensively understand the actual operations of local foreign exchange brokers, the on-site inspection team went to Vietnam to conduct a physical verification of the office address of broker CJC Markets to verify the authenticity of its business operations.

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team proceeded to Vietnam as planned. According to publicly available information, the office address of CJC Markets is 'Room 29OT01, Floor 29th, Vinhomes Landmark 81, Vinhomes Central Park, Nguyen Huu Canh Street, 22nd Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City'.

The inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, conducted a visit based on the provided address. Upon arriving at the target area, the inspectors found that the location is situated in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, which is a high-end residential area. The surroundings are primarily composed of upscale apartments, green spaces, and some supporting commercial facilities. The overall environment is clean and quiet, with a commercial atmosphere that leans more towards a lifestyle due to its residential nature, rather than being a traditional commercial office area. There were no obvious company logos or related information of CJC Markets displayed on the exterior of the building.

After entering the lobby on the first floor of the building, the on-site inspector explained the purpose of the visit to the security guard. Since there was no prior appointment, the security guard needed to contact the property owner for confirmation. However, ultimately, permission to enter was not granted, and access to the interior of the building was denied.

Due to the inability to enter the building, the on-site inspectors could not reach the target floor, and therefore could not observe the signage, security measures, or internal environment of the company's office area. Additionally, since they were unable to enter the building, they could not observe the internal situation of the company through the glass doors or the reception area, making it impossible to judge whether the overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

In summary, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer CJC Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

The on-site inspector went to the Vincom Landmark 81 apartment building in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (located in a high-end residential area) based on the publicly available address. However, due to the lack of an appointment and entry permission, they were unable to verify the authenticity of the office location of CJC Markets and confirmed that the broker does not exist at the aforementioned address.
