Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker FIVE STARS MARKETS. According to public information, its office address is Suite 1901, 19/F, Cheung Kong Center, 2 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, proceeded to Hong Kong, China according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker FIVE STARS MARKETS claiming to be located at Suite 1901, 19/F, Cheung Kong Center, 2 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at Cheung Kong Center. The location is at 2 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. The building exterior is luxurious; however, no signage or related information of the company was found outside the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 19th floor, the verification personnel found that the office area of FIVE STARS MARKETS had no obvious signage and no security measures. As inquiries at the reception revealed that there was no such company in the building, the verification personnel were unable to enter the interior, could not photograph the reception desk, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, as they could not enter the interior, they were unable to observe the company's internal environment and other conditions. Overall, it did not match the positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker FIVE STARS MARKETS does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker FIVE STARS MARKETS at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China, as planned, but was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
