The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker FXAlta in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Lot 2(a), Level 4, Wisma Lazenda Jalan Kemajuan, 87000, Labuan, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer claiming to be located at Lot 2(a), Level 4, Wisma Lazenda Jalan Kemajuan, 87000, Labuan, MalaysiaFXAlta.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target location, which was not a traditional office building. No obvious company logos or related information were seen in the vicinity. The surroundings were quite ordinary, with a lack of strong commercial atmosphere.

Upon arriving at the building, the inspector found no company-related information such as the FXAlta logo on the exterior. After entering the building, since there was no company directory inside, the exact location of the company could not be determined. Even after explaining the purpose of the visit to the security personnel, permission to enter was still not granted.

Since the exact floor location could not be determined, the on-site inspector was unable to reach the target floor and thus could not verify whether FXAlta's office area had clear signage or security measures. As they were unable to enter the building, it was naturally impossible to photograph the reception desk and its logo, nor was there any situation involving shared office spaces.

Through the public areas of the building, the surveyor was unable to observe the internal environment of the company due to the inability to enter the interior.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that dealer FXAlta does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker FXAlta in Malaysia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
