Process

In this on-site inspection, the team visited the Indonesian foreign exchange broker Digital FX Options as planned. According to publicly available information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a detailed plan to the target area in Indonesia to conduct a physical verification of the broker Digital Fx Options, which claims to be located at Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Satrio Tower, located in the city center of Indonesia, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is an ultra-luxury office building, but no company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after communication, obtained entry permission. On the internal directory board of the building, there was no information for this company.

Due to visitor restrictions, the inspection personnel could not reach the corresponding floor, and thus could not confirm whether the office area of Digital Fx Options had clear signage, and could not photograph the reception desk or LOGO. The inspection personnel discovered that the corresponding floor was a shared office space.

Since access to the interior was not possible, it was also difficult to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities from the lobby area. Whether the overall setup matched its claimed positioning could not be determined.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Digital Fx Options does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator proceeded to Indonesia as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker Digital FX Options. At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of this broker could be seen, indicating that this broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
