Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team traveled to Thailand as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Ufunded.com. Publicly available information lists its office address as 98 Wireless, Wireless Road, 10330 Bangkok, Thailand.

Upholding the responsibility of rigorously verifying the company's business premises, the professional field research team, in accordance with established plans and referencing the publicly available address, conducted an on-site visit to Ufunded.com to verify the broker's actual business location.

The field research team proceeded to the Wireless Road area in Bangkok, Thailand, and conducted an on-site verification of the Ufunded.com business, which was claimed to be located at 98 Wireless, Wireless Road, 10330 Bangkok, Thailand. Upon arrival, the field research team successfully captured panoramic photos of the building. However, no company campus associated with Ufunded.com was found on-site. The building's overall style was formal, significantly different from that of a commercial office building, and there were no commercial office signs or guideposts nearby.

When attempting to enter the building, the field research team was stopped by security and was prevented from entering the lobby area. Although we communicated with security to understand the building's purpose, we were unable to fully grasp the details due to language barriers. However, based on the building's exterior, security measures, and surrounding environment, we can conclude that the building is most likely a government-related or embassy-affiliated facility, rather than a commercial office space open to the public. Furthermore, security personnel clearly stated that no commercial company was located within the building, and our on-site inspection team did not find any Ufunded.comlogo or information on the building's exterior or interior.

Because we were unable to enter the building, our on-site inspection team was unable to view the company signage (commercial signage is not required in buildings of this nature), nor could they confirm the alleged office floor and specific location.Furthermore, it was impossible to photograph the reception desk or logo bearing the company's logo. Furthermore, the building's nature meant that it was unlikely to be a shared office, and the internal office environment, number of rooms, and number of workstations could not be verified.

Based on our on-site inspection, the address claimed by Ufunded.com is actually a government-related or diplomatic-related building, not a commercial office, and no trace of the company's business operations was found. 

Therefore, after on-site inspection, it was confirmed that Ufunded.com does not exist at the above-mentioned address, and it was determined that the trader is a false existence and has no real office or business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Ufunded.com as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
