Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker GEMS Capital in Singapore as planned. According to public information, its office address is 9 Temasek Blvd, #29-01 Suntec Tower 2, Singapore 038989.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Singapore according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer GEMS Capital.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer GEMS Capital reportedly located at 9 Temasek Blvd, #29-01 Suntec Tower 2, Singapore 038989.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Suntec Tower 2, which is located in a bustling area of Singapore with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of GEMS Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

On the directory board in the building lobby, the company listed for the corresponding floor is another company. When inquiring with the front desk staff, they indicated they were unfamiliar with GEMS Capital. Due to the lack of an appointment, the field investigator was unable to proceed to the target floor (29th floor) and thus could not confirm the company's exact location. Additionally, the investigator failed to capture photos of the front desk or its logo, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, the on-site inspectors were unable to observe the internal office environment and other conditions of the company. Overall, the current situation does not align with the trader's claim of having an office at this address.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer GEMS Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
