Process

The on-site inspection team went to Indonesia as planned to visit the forex broker PanEn Kapital Berjangka. According to public information, its office address is Panen Tower Lantai 5, Jl. Patal Senayan No. 31, Jakarta Selatan,  kode pos: 12210.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the target area in Indonesia to conduct a physical verification of the broker PanEn Kapital Berjangka, which claimed to be located at Panen Tower Lantai 5, Jl. Patal Senayan No. 31, Jakarta Selatan, kode pos: 12210.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the luxury office building located within a super-large shopping mall in downtown Indonesia. The surrounding area has a strong commercial atmosphere and a bustling environment. However, no company signage or related information about PanEn Kapital Berjangka was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and obtained permission to proceed after stating their purpose to the security guard. However, after entering the building, the company was not listed on the directory board, nor was its logo visible.

As no relevant signage about the company was found, the inspectors were unable to reach the corresponding floor to confirm the specific location, and thus could not enter the company premises. Since they could not enter the company, they could not photograph the company's reception area. The office was not a shared workspace. From the corridor area, as they could not enter the company interior, they were unable to observe the internal office environment.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker PanEn Kapital Berjangka does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspectors visited the forex broker PanEn Kapital Berjangka in Indonesia as planned. At its public business address, they were unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
