The inspector successfully arrived at the target building, located in Kwun Tong, Kowloon. The surrounding environment is average, with a mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief registration, they were granted entry permission.

Through the reception area, the inspectors observed that the company's internal office environment was average, with approximately 3 rooms and 10 workstations. The overall environment matched its claimed positioning and was indeed real.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer FUTURE SECURITIES exists at the above address.
