Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Haitong Futures. According to publicly available information, its office address is Room 01-03, 12/F, COFCO Tower, 262 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a careful plan and traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker Haitong Futures claiming to be located at this address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at COFCO Tower, located at Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for the broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication, obtained entry permission.

Upon arriving at the target floor, 12F, the site visit personnel found no obvious signage for the office area of Haitong Futures. Due to the absence of any indication of this broker, the site visit personnel could not enter the so-called interior. They were unable to take photos of the front desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared office.

After arriving, the site visit personnel confirmed it was this address, but found no information about the broker. The actual occupant here is COFCO Futures. Inquiries with the security guard indicated that this company does not exist, leading to the conclusion that it is false. Through the common areas on the floor, since entry was not possible, the internal office environment and other conditions could not be observed.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that broker Haitong Futures does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The site inspection team visited the forex broker Haitong Futures in Hong Kong, China as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
