Surveyors entered the lobby of the building, which was well-maintained and orderly; they could enter without a complicated registration process. The lobby directory clearly showed that Holly International Financial is on the 20th floor, consistent with the public information.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 20th floor, surveyors quickly found Holly International Financial at Room 2003-05 with evident signage at the company entrance. Due to reasons like lack of pre-appointment, surveyors were unable to enter the company interior.

However, surveyors were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo from outside. From an external observation, the interior office decoration style was rather standard, with an overall ordinary environment, in line with its basic positioning as a financial broker.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that Holly International Financial genuinely exists at the above address.
