Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team , expressing their hope forthe inspection team  exposing New Zealand’s brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to DINGJIN in New Zealand for a closer look.

Company Building

DINGJIN’s office address in the regulatory information is Level 18, 125 Queen Street, Auckland Central, 1010, New Zealand. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.At present, the broker’s license has been canceled. 

According to the regulatory information, the investigators found this beautiful 5A office building.

They entered the building and found no information about DINGJIN on the floor signboard in the lobby at the ground floor. Subsequently, the personnel took the elevator to the 18th floor. There was still no information about DINGJIN on the company signboard at the 18th floor, but other three companies were on it. In order to ensure accuracy of the survey result, they asked EncoreFX’s employees if DINGJIN was on the floor, but they had no idea about it.

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that DINGJIN’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its financial service provider license issued by Financial Service Providers Register has been canceled. In case of money losses, investor should be serious in choosing this broker.
