Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Repsol Asset in the UK as planned. According to public information, its office address is 10 Mission Road, EC2V 3DF London, United Kingdom.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded to the target area in the UK according to a well-planned schedule. However, during the search process, they could not locate the corresponding road nor find the corresponding postal code, only managing to reach the general area indicated by the first four digits of the postal code.

Within this general area, the surrounding environment could not be confirmed as being related to the company, as no information about the company was found. In this area, no company signage or related information was discovered on the exterior of any buildings.

Since no specific building was found, there was no process of entering a building, and consequently, no access permission could be obtained.

Because not even a building was located, it was impossible to reach the target floor. Therefore, there was no situation regarding whether the company's office area had clear signage or security measures, nor was it possible to enter the interior. This area was also not a shared office space.

Since no premises related to the company were found at all, the on-site verification confirmed that the broker Repsol Asset does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
