Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker HSC in Vietnam as planned. According to public information, its office address is Floors 2,5,6,7,11 and 12, Building AB, 76A Lê Lê Lai, Bến Thành Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer HSC.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claiming to be located at Floors 2,5,6,7,11 and 12, Building AB, 76A Lê Lê Lai, Bến Thành Ward, Ho Chi Minh CityHSC.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at AB Building, which is located on the relevant street. Due to the actual absence of the company, it was difficult to assess the environmental atmosphere related to the foreign exchange trading business in the surrounding area.

The full view of the building can be captured, but no signs or related information of HSC company were found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and obtained permission to enter.

However, no signage for HSC company was found inside the building. Since the exact floor location could not be determined, the inspection personnel were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm its office area. Consequently, there was no visible signage or security measures in the company's office area, nor was it possible to enter the company's premises.

At the same time, the front desk and its logo must not be captured in the shot, and this office is not a shared workspace.

Through the public areas of the building, as access to the company's interior is not possible, it is not feasible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, etc. The overall environment also cannot be assessed to determine whether it aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer HSC does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange broker HSC in Vietnam as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker could be found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
