The on-site investigation team of this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker Enerjisa Europe. According to public information, its office address is Çiğdem St. Ağaoğlu My Office Apt. No: 1/16 Ataşehir/İSTANBUL.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned itinerary. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Enerjisa Europe.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer claiming to be located at Çiğdem St. Ağaoğlu My Office Apt. No: 1/16 Ataşehir/İSTANBUL Enerjisa Europe.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in Ataşehir/İSTANBUL. The surrounding environment does not exist (as the information indicates that the street environment where the company is located does not exist), making it difficult to assess the commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The field investigator attempted to enter the building lobby but was unable to obtain permission to enter. Upon inquiry, it was discovered that upon arrival, the main door was tightly shut. The security guard nearby informed them that it was after working hours and also mentioned that there was no such company, leading to the conclusion that it was fake.

Due to the inability to enter the building, let alone reach the target floor, it is impossible to confirm whether the company's office area has clear signage or security measures, nor is it possible to enter the interior, take photos of the reception desk and its logo. The office is also not a shared office. Through the tightly closed doors, it is impossible to observe the internal environment of the company.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Enerjisa Europe does not exist at the aforementioned address.
