Inspection Reason

Recently some investors called the inspection team, hoping the inspection team to expose more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were inconsistent with their regulation addresses. In order to satisfy investors’ need, the surveyor decided to go to One Financial Markets’s office in Australia to have a further understanding of the broker.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker One Financial Markets was located at Level 10, 90 Arhhur Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The surveyor visited the broker.

Guided by the regulation information, the surveyor found the office buiding taking on an aging look.

Then the surveyor entered the lobby on the ground floor but found no information about the target broker on the floor guide after reading the guide carefully. In order to ensure inspection quality, the surveyor took the elevator to the 10th floor and walked around the entire floor, finding neither the target broker’s logo nor its office.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor's field survey that the Australia licensed broker ，One Financial Markets 's real address was inconsistent with its licensed address. The broker held a full license (RN: 466201) issued by FCA and a retail forex license (RN: F003943) issued by DFSA. However, the broker's retail forex license (RN: BFZ621) issued by SFC and its AR license (RN: 001265755) have been suspended, and as indicated by the broker's financial services company license (RN: 45784), the broker operated beyond its licensed business scope.
