Field Survey Process

The inspection team also observed the prominent Aktif Bank logo on the building's exterior, directly confirming the company's exclusive ownership of the building.

The inspection team then had unimpeded access to the company lobby, which was spacious and well-maintained, with the prominent Aktif Bank logo visible. The front desk was located directly on the entrance, fully complying with the operational standards of a legitimate banking institution. The inspection team also confirmed that the office space was exclusively used by Aktif Bank and not a shared office, further demonstrating the bank's standardized and stable operations.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that Aktif Bank, the trading entity, actually existed at the aforementioned address.
