Reason for this visit

Recently, some investors have called to expose more Japanese licensed institutions whose physical address does not match their regulatory address. Based on the feedback from investors and the work plan of the survey team, the surveyors visited Himawari, a Japanese licensed dealer, to learn more about the actual situation.

On-site visit

According to the regulatory information, the company address of Himawari, a licensed Japanese dealer, is located at 2-2-1 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Afterwards, the survey team decided to conduct a site visit for this location.

Himawari Japan's office was located in the KYOBASHI EDOGRAND building, a commercial complex near three stations: Tokyo, Kyobashi, and Takamachi. It was a complex building with not only offices, but also a hospital and many trendy cafes and restaurants. Since an entry pass was required to enter this floor, the surveyors could only take pictures from the outside and were unable to photograph the inside of the building. Further, the surveyors failed to find the logo or other information about Himawari. And there was no nameplate of the dealer in the lobby.

Conclusion

The surveyors visited the dealer Himawari in Tokyo, Japan as planned and did not find the dealer's logo or other information on its publicly displayed address. In other words, the dealer's office did not exist. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
