The inspector successfully arrived at the target address area. While the surrounding environment appeared normal, no company signage or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building and stated their purpose to the security guard, but failed to obtain permission to go upstairs.

Since the target floor cannot be reached, it is impossible to observe whether there are clear signs or security measures for Perfect Group in the office area, nor to photograph the reception desk and its logo. Additionally, there is no shared office space situation.

The inspection personnel could only observe the public areas of the building and were unable to view the company's internal environment or other relevant conditions. As a result, no information about this broker was found, casting doubt on its authenticity.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it has been confirmed that the broker Perfect Group does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
