Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the broker BSL. The publicly available information shows its office address is 20-21 Floors, No. 83 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Holding a responsible attitude for the investors, the professional field survey team conducted an on-site verification of BSL based on the aforementioned address.

The surveyors went to Wan Chai, Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, and arrived at the building located at No. 83. The building is situated in a bustling area with an average company park and street environment, and a strong business atmosphere surrounding it. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to take clear photos of the full view of the building, but no signage of BSL was found.

The surveyors entered the building and found a small entrance with no security. During the review of the lobby's directory, no company name of BSL was found, thus unable to determine the company's location.

Upon reaching the 20th floor, the surveyors discovered that the company had already relocated. They found no information related to BSL, and no company logo was found in the building. Therefore, surveyors were unable to enter the company's interior, and could not take photos of the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that this is not a shared office space, further confirming that BSL no longer operates physically here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that broker BSL does not have a real place of business.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
