Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to verify the public office address of GTMX, a forex broker. The address is listed as 540 Phloen Chit Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the information for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, headed to the Lumphini area of Pathum Wan District, Bangkok, and conducted field work based on the publicly listed address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the building at the target address. The building's corporate campus and streetscape were generally ordinary, with the surrounding area primarily consisting of basic commercial facilities, and the business atmosphere was not strong. The inspection team successfully captured a full panoramic view of the building from the exterior and then had no difficulty entering the company lobby. Upon entering the lobby, the inspection team immediately checked the floor signage. Although the signage listed companies beginning with "G", a thorough review confirmed that GTMX was not among the listed companies, and no name or logo related to the broker was found.

Regarding the presence of GTMX logos inside and outside the building, the on-site inspection personnel conducted a focused search of the lobby's public areas and the building's exterior, but found no trace of such logos. When they subsequently attempted to confirm the specific office location on the target floor, security personnel explicitly stated that they could not provide access due to a lack of prior appointments. Consequently, the on-site inspection personnel were unable to reach the specific floor or enter the office. Consequently, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, nor were they able to observe the internal office environment. Furthermore, an observation of the types of organizations occupying the building and lobby signage confirmed that the building lacked shared office space, ruling out the possibility that GTMX operated as a shared office.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that the brokerage GTMX does not exist at the aforementioned public address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the GTMX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
