Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls asking for exposure of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. So the surveyor went to the office building in which FX TOPO operated according to the regulation information according to investors’ feedback.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Level 10, 17 CasTlereaGh Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor found the office building indicated by the regulation address guided by a map.

The surveyor couldn’t wait but entered the ordinary building.

The surveyor arrived on the 10th floor by elevator and found that there was no information about the broker on the company directory after reading the directory at the aisle carefully. 

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of FX TOPO in Australia was different from its regulation address.The broker has a license (RN: 410681) issued by ASIC.
