Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

As planned, this inspection team traveled to Hong Kong to conduct an on-site inspection of Enlighten Futures, a brokerage firm. Its stated office address is 6/F, J.C. Centre, 46 Gloucester Road, 18 Fenwick Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The professional inspection team conducted their inspection based on the aforementioned address with a rigorous and responsible approach.

The inspection team arrived at J.C. Centre, located near the Wan Chai MTR station. The building is surrounded by dense commercial areas, enjoys high traffic volume, and boasts a strong business atmosphere, including a pleasant corporate campus and street environment. From the exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but could not find any Enlighten Futures signage.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which was found to be typical of a commercial building. However, upon examining the lobby sign, they could not find the Enlighten Futures company name, and the address did not specify a specific street number, making it impossible to obtain accurate directions to the company's location.

The surveyors took the elevator to the 6th floor and discovered that the entire floor was closed. No business was operating, and no trace of Enlighten Futures could be found. The company's logo was also missing from the building. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to confirm the company's specific office location, nor could they enter the building, and could not photograph the reception desk or its logo. The location was confirmed to be not a shared office, further confirming that Enlighten Futures did not operate there.

Thus, the survey confirmed that Enlighten Futures did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Enlighten as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
