Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team exposing Australian brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with those in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Decode Global in Australia for a closer look.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the company address of Decode Global is Suite 801, 3 Spring St Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff drove to the commercial street where the stores were gathered as indicated by the regulatory information.

According to the number on the marble column, the investigators have successfully found the company building indicated by the regulatory information.

After entering the building, the investigation staff took the elevator to the 8th floor and saw the wooden door of Room 801 and the word “fuze” on it. It can be seen that Room 801 is the office of the company named “fuze”, not the office of Decode Global.

Inspection Conclusion

Based on the field survey by the investigation staff, it is verified that the real address of Decode Global in Australia is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s license (No.001255941) issued by Australian Securities and Investments Commission was unauthorized and it has no valid regulatory in Australia at this moment.
