Process

The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker MAKASKY in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office Suite 1602, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 F.T. Labuan, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader MAKASKY purportedly located at Office Suite 1602, Level 16(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 F.T. Labuan, Malaysia.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the main office tower of the financial center, located in the most central area of Labuan Island. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. This building is considered very luxurious locally, but no MAKASKY company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. However, the directory machine in the hallway only displayed a few lines at a time and changed very slowly, making it impossible to take photos or stay for an extended period. There were four or five security guards at the front desk on the first floor, who also prohibited taking photos inside the building.

Since no valid information could be obtained from the directory and security was strict, the field investigator was unable to reach the target floor (16th floor). As a result, it was impossible to confirm whether MAKASKY had clear signage or security measures in its office area, let alone gain access to the interior. Photos of the reception desk and its logo could not be taken, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

Since access to the company's interior is not possible, it is impossible to observe the internal environment and other aspects, nor can one determine whether the overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer MAKASKY does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field investigator visited the forex broker MAKASKY in Malaysia as planned. The broker's company name and other information were not found at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
