Reason for this visit

Forex market is the worlds largest financial market, with daily trading volume hitting trillions of dollars. The major forex trading centers are London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, etc., and USD is the most traded currency. In recent years, the emerging forex brokers are attracting more invests and institutions to the market, especially the highly developed, liquid US forex market with a slew of participants. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the US, WikiFX survey team is determined to go to the country for on-site visits to local companies.

On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit forex broker SK markets as planned according to its regulatory address that 1589 Welton Street, 9th Floor, Denver, CO 80202.

The investigators came to the 1589 Welton Street in Denver in the US and located a 4-story modern commercial building. It was conspicuous that the 9th floor claimed by SK markets did not exist. In the meantime, the survey personnel searched the website of the broker and discovered that it was not available

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Denver in the US to visit forex broker SK markets, but did not find the company at its purported regulatory address. It suggests that the broker does not have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
