The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer EKSPRES YATIRIM claimed to be located at 19 Mayıs Mahallesi 19 Mayıs Caddesi No:13 Floor: 3 / 34363 Şişli, Istanbul.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building. The surrounding environment of the location did not have a corresponding description in this inspection. After arriving at the address, the inspection personnel compared it with Google Maps and confirmed it was the correct address. No company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The site inspector entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the security guard, and after communication, obtained permission to enter.

However, the company's nameplate was not found inside the building.

Upon inquiring with the security guard at the entrance, it was learned that the company used to be here but has since moved away. Currently, other companies are located here, so the field survey personnel were unable to reach the target floor to confirm the specific location and could not enter the company premises.

And the front desk and the logo of the front desk must not be captured in the footage, as this office is not a shared office.

Through the building lobby, as it was not possible to enter the company's interior, the internal environment of the company and other such conditions could not be observed.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer EKSPRES YATIRIM does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

They did not see the broker's company name or other information at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location.
