Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field research team conducted a planned on-site visit to the forex broker A1 Capital in Turkey. Publicly listed office addresses are Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. 1. Levent Plaza No. 173, Kat: 5 Şişli / İstanbul.

Upholding the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site visit to A1 Capital, based on the established plan and referring to the publicly available address, with the goal of revealing the broker's true operations.

The field research team traveled to the Sisli district of Istanbul, Turkey, and conducted an on-site verification of A1 Capital's alleged location at Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. 1. Levent Plaza No. 173, Kat: 5 Şişli / İstanbul. Upon arrival, the field research team discovered that the office was located within the 1. Levent Plaza office building, located in Istanbul's bustling commercial district, with numerous financial institutions and a vibrant business atmosphere. The team was able to capture panoramic photos of the office building. No A1 Capital logo was found on the building's exterior. Upon entering the lobby, a prominent company sign clearly displayed the address: 1. Levent Plaza No:173, 5th Floor, A1 Capital. This corresponded exactly to the publicly available address.

Before entering the lobby, the surveyors completed the required security check and experienced firsthand the strict management practices common to office buildings in the area. After explaining their purpose to the lobby receptionist, the staff clarified that A1 Capital was indeed located on the 5th floor. However, access to this floor required prior reservations with the company, and upon entering, a unique access card was required. Access to the floor would not be granted without a reservation. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to reach the 5th floor and confirm A1 Capital's specific office location within the building.

Due to restricted access, the surveyors were unable to enter the building or photograph the reception desk with the A1 Capital logo. Furthermore, without access to the interior, they were unable to verify the office environment, the number of rooms, or the number of workstations. However, based on the lobby signage, direct confirmation from the front desk staff, and the common appointment required + access card management model for office buildings in this area, it can be determined that this office space is exclusively owned by A1 Capital, not a shared office.

Based on on-site verification, A1 Capital's presence at 1.Levent Plaza was confirmed through both the signage and the front desk, confirming its authenticity.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that A1 Capital exists at the aforementioned address and has a physical office space.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited A1 Capital as planned and observed the broker's company name displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
